What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club), and PIN debit card transactions.
Are your payment methods secure?
We handle payments via a secure, PCI-compliant third party payment provider that processes and stores any sensitive data such as payment details and credit card numbers. Inklight Store does not store any credit card information. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed through a secure, encrypted connection to our payment provider in order to process the payment.
Our Website uses safe connection methods ensured by an SSL Certificate that encrypts your credit/debit card information as it travels through the Internet, to minimize the possibility of any unauthorized third party accessing your private information. Verify the secure connection by the “https” acronym at the beginning of the website address (URL), and the padlock or key symbol at the left of the page’s URL or at the bottom right-hand status bar of your browser.
In the unlikely event that you feel you’ve been the victim of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit/debit card, please contact your banking institution or credit card issuer immediately, and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your shipping options?
Free Standard Shipping within mainland US
Purchases with a shipping address within mainland US apply for Free Standard Shipping. On average, our products are packed and shipped from our facility within 2 business days after payment is processed. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days). You will receive your order tracking number, estimated delivery date and shipping details in your shipping confirmation email.
International Standard Shipping
Alaska, US minor outlying islands, and rest of the world apply for this shipping method.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the shipping address you specify. You will be notified of the delivery costs before you submit your payment details during the ordering process. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
On average, our products are packed and shipped from our facility within 2 business days after payment is processed. International Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-15 days). You will receive your order tracking number, estimated delivery date and shipping details in your shipping confirmation email.
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and its regulations. Please learn about your country’s legal custom obligations before you make a purchase. You must pay any customs fees to the appropriate customs agency before you can receive your order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage made to the product if it is retained in customs. If the order is returned to our warehouse because you failed to pay your custom duties or taxes, then, additionally to custom fees, you will need to pay all delivery charges and other maintenance costs we incur before we send it back to you.
What is your Returns Policy?
Due to our automated process, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges available. Replacements are available only if the product is faulty.
Can I cancel my order?
Because of our automated process, all cancellations must be made within 24 hours from purchase and before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped by the time you cancel the order, even if it’s within the 24-hour period, we cannot cancel the order and the sale becomes final.
Can I return a product?
Sadly, we cannot refund nor exchange your product. Please be sure to order the correct model. Refer to the product page for detailed information and dimensions of each product. Also make sure your order and shipping details are input correctly. We will not be liable for products sent to a wrong address or with the wrong characteristics (quantity, color, model, etc.) due to customer’s input mistakes.
What if the product I receive is faulty?
We stand behind the quality of our products, but we all make mistakes. If your product is faulty you may return it within 14 days for a replacement at no charge. Please inform us at email@example.com and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
You must return the product in an unused, undamaged state. We will inspect it upon arrival and, if found faulty and in the right state, we will replace it at no charge.
Please note that all shipping costs of returning the product will be at your own expense. We will assume the cost of redelivery only. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We strongly suggest you use special delivery when returning products to us, as we are unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. All products will remain your responsibility until they reach us, you should retain your proof of postage.
